We will happily swap any product that is a standard style, colour and design for a more suitable product for you. We do have some rugs and bags that we are unable to swap. We will always try to avoid you being stuck with a rug or bag that you can not return by fitting your horse first to make sure the style you choose is correct for them. With the bags we will ask for many measurements to ensure that the bag we are making you is exactly what you’re expecting.
Refund Policies
Products that are not refundable or able to be swapped for another product are:
- Show Rugs made in your own colours
- Any made to measure rugs
- Any made to measure bags
- Any embroidered products
We will endeavour to let you know at the time of ordering if your products are non-refundable, but if you are unsure, please ask!
